DO NOT IGNORE THIS NOTICE
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent; Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal.
Regarding Reference: Reference or Account, your correspondence dated 15th January, 2009.
I am in receipt of your correspondence dated 15th January, 2009. Said correspondence was unresponsive to the points raised in my letter of 10th January, 2009, and is hereby refused for cause, without dishonour.
My Notice of Unresponsive Reply pointed out that you have not shown:
1. That I have any Contract with you, such as to LAWFULLY enforce any obligation on my part to do business with your company.
2.That I have breached any tenet of the Common Law (the Law-of-the-LAND) such as to have harmed anyone, caused them loss, breached the peace, or have been devious in my promises and agreements.
Unless, and until, you can show which facet of the Common Law I have breached, I reject your demand for cause, without any dishonour on my part.
Please refer to it and ensure you send the correct information. Inattention will not divert or sideline the course of this correspondence. I am asking for information that will prove the validity of any contract between us. Such validity must be established before any legislation concerning its content can be relevant.
On 12th January, 2009 you received my above-referenced Notice of Unresponsive Reply. Said correspondence contained Notice requiring you to present specifically demanded evidence as detailed in my Notice and Demand. Said evidence was reasonably demanded in order to verify any claims you may have against me. You were given thirty (30) days to present such evidence, or to abandon your claims. That period still stands.
sincerely without ill-will, vexation or frivolity,
