Dear Sirs,

Notice of Unresponsive Reply
Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent; Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal.

Regarding Reference: Reference or Account, your correspondence dated 15th January, 2009.

I am in receipt of your correspondence dated 15th January, 2009. Said correspondence was unresponsive to my good faith Offer, and is hereby ignored as insubstantial, without dishonour.

On 12th January, 2009 you received my above-referenced Notice of Unresponsive Reply. Said correspondence contained Notice requiring you to present some form of specific obligation I have with regard to your PRIVATE COMPANY, claiming LIMITED LIABILITY, and TRADING AT A PROFIT on behalf of your Shareholders.

Alternatively I presented an Offer to service your original Order at a cost - to your company - of 50, PLUS the amount you demanded. This still stands as you were given thirty (30) days to accept or to reject said Offer.

Failure to show LAWFUL obligation on my part, or to accept my Offer, means that you do not wish me to service your original Order, and hence your demand is retracted.

In accordance with the Fee Schedule contained in my letter of 10th January, 2009, coupled with the fact that you have not sent:

(i) Proof to substantiate any LAWFUL obligation I may have toward your Company's Orders and the original Demand;
(ii) An acceptance or a rejection of my Offer to service;

Your Company is now in my debt by the amount specified in said Fee Schedule for letter communications. You should therefore, in order to remain in honour and to operate under established business practices, send a cheque by return.

Yours sincerely without ill-will, vexation or frivolity,
